This project consists of three floors with six spacious and luxurious two-bedroom apartments. The apartments are located in a very accessible area in Strovolos which is probably considered to be one of the best areas in Nicosia with easy access to the city center. There is a secured covered area parking with dedicated parking slots and storage rooms for each of the apartments.
The ideal orientation of the building together with the proper design and functionality, keeps the apartments warm during the winter and cool during the summer months.
